Agencies Indicate Intent to Respond

Give all public relations firms invited to participate the opportunity to make an affirmative choice to do so. Agencies may choose not to participate in a search for a number of reasons, including lack of time due to the press of other business, concerns about potential conflicts and perception that the client opportunity is not a good fit for the agency.
